Job Scope:

  • 70% Work from home and 30% Office
  • Content creation for social media & search engine ads & email circulation, website, etc.
  • Social media management, engaging with customers and answering all the inquiries a customer may have. 
  • Organizing content creation exercises (photoshoot, editing, creating ads)
  • Create unique content (article, post, photos, videos, infographics, etc.) 
  • Plan and develop engaging and creative social media content.
  • Proofread and edit blog before publication.
  • Planning of the video content in different creative ways.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to help facilitate the creation of video.
  • Research and collate materials from multiple sources to produce content.
  • Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Conducting research on any given topic

Requirements :

  • Proficient in Editing Softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premieres, Video Edits) 
  • Experience in Content Creation (Graphic, Video & writing) 
  • Web design and editing (WordPress) 
  • Proficient in English and Malay (Speaking and writing)
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Perform and deliver according to deadlines
  • Able to think Creatively and Strategically
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • Candidate must possess impeccable command of English & Bahasa.
  • Excellent editing, spelling, and grammar is required.
  • Experience in Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, as long as you are a creative person.
  • A fast learner with attention to detail, and the willingness to speak up quickly to solve a problem.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Even sometimes the TAUKE or owner don’t get anythings.

All blames the increase of input price.

Not least blame the low and unstable market prices of vegetables.

Before blaming others think about or understand farm total productivity or total farm productivity.

Jumlah Produktiviti Ladang

Bertahun dan bermusim menjalankan perusahaan pertanian tetapi tidak mendapat pulangan.

Hasil jualan sayur – sayuran dan buah – buahan hanya mampu cover cost input dan gaji pekerja sahaja.

Bahkan kadang – kadang tauke ladang terpaksa puasa.

Semua asyik salahkan harga input yang naik mencanak.
